Body Scrub

If you’re going on vacation or just want extra-smooth skin, a full body exfoliation is the perfect way to treat yourself. It gets rid of dry, dull skin and gives you a serious glow. The skin is the largest organ in the body and is always getting new cells. During this process, dead skin cells tend to accumulate on the skin’s surface, leaving it looking dull and lifeless.
EXPECTATION
Depending on your preferences, the treatment may last 45 minutes to an hour. Your therapist will begin by gently massaging a deeply exfoliating scrub in circular motions onto your skin to clear clogged pores and get rid of bothersome dead skin cells that can make your skin look dull. Your therapist will apply the body scrub all over and then wipe it away with a damp cloth to reveal your newly polished body. You’ll then usually be able to take a shower to wash off any extra scrub and feel clean and refreshed when you leave.
Useful information
The benefits of a full body scrub down are numerous and are known to be excellent for reviving problem pores and dry, lifeless skin in addition to leaving skin feeling luxuriously smooth. But if you have eczema or psoriasis, be careful because the exfoliant might be too rough for your skin. It’s also a great way to prepare your body for a spray tan because it evens out your skin and helps prevent buildup and blotchiness.
